B&D Landscaping LLC has proudly served the community since 1988.
Founded in 1988, B&D Landscaping has grown from a modest operation in the basement of an apartment to a successful mid-sized company. With nearly 30 years of experience, we have the capacity to handle large projects while still offering the detailed and personalized service that our clients value. What began with a push mower and hand clippers has evolved into a full-scale operation, with 10 trucks, trailers, and a range of heavy and lawn equipment in daily use.
Despite our growth, our core principles remain unchanged. We are committed to delivering the highest quality service with careful planning, skilled employees, and a professional attitude. As a leader in the landscape service industry, we maintain approximately 300 homes and businesses in Litchfield County and surrounding areas. Our team has completed numerous landscape installations in your community, and we take pride in our reliable, high-quality workmanship.
My son Bill now oversees the landscape construction and maintenance division as an equipment operator, while I focus on design and installation. Together, with our dedicated long-time employees, we aim to continue growing and improving our services to better serve our clients.

Building B&D Landscaping from the ground up, Bryan has come a long way. Bryan brings 30 years of knowledge and experience, creating unique and beautiful displays to each and every one of his projects.
Bill Bentley - Landscape Foreman
Bill, the son of owners Bryan and Darlene, has grown with the company. He excels as an equipment operator in maintenance, demonstrating impeccable business knowledge and a strong desire for success. Bill thrives on challenges, constantly brainstorming innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.

Give us a call! We offer delivery services for these products, or you can pick them up from our shop with your own vehicle. We charge a fee for delivery. Our bark mulch is premium quality, the topsoil will allow your new lawn to flourish, and stones add a perfect decorative touch to your freshly landscaped yard!
Bryan will meet you on site to discuss your stonework project, wherein he will show you samples of the different pavers available and what he thinks will work best for the long-term. He’ll send any additional photos needed so that you can feel confident in your decision. If you want to see more options, Bryan will show you our stone catalogs.
With over 35 years of professional experience, Bryan is an expert in landscape design and construction. During your initial meeting you’ll discuss all aspects of your project, and from there he’ll be able to provide his educated opinion on which services you’ll need to achieve your property goals. He can suggest different pavers that would look best for your patio, which drainage system will be the most effective, and even what kinds of plants will have the best chance to flourish in your space. Any questions you may have, he’ll have the answers!

Our grounds maintenance crew is in charge of maintaining your property in terms of aesthetics. First and foremost, our crew mows your lawn (all while creating some crisp lines!). From there, we break out the string trimmer to make sure every little nook and cranny of your property has been serviced with the highest level of care. If there are weeds, we’ll pull or spray them to make sure the grass is the only green you can see!
